 Monocon Single Panel

 * It is produced by double-sided electro-welding of corrugated polystyrene sheets placed between galvanized steel meshes, which are both durable and light.

 * By spraying structural concrete on both surfaces of buildings with two or three floors as a load-bearing wall;

 * It is used in partition walls and interior-exterior insulation applications of new or restored buildings.

 Monocon Dual Panel
(Disposable Tunnel Formwork)

• MONOCON single panels, which are produced by double-sided electro-welding of corrugated polystyrene sheets placed between galvanized steel mesh, which are both durable and light, are produced by connecting each other with electro-welding method in automatic machines.

• It is used on the load-bearing walls of multi-storey buildings by pouring concrete.

• Up to 3 - 4 floors, without the need for any internal reinforcement; and/or in higher-rise buildings, when necessary, additional reinforcement reinforcements are used in accordance with the earthquake regulation.

 Monocon Ladder

• It consists of reinforced double surface steel meshes and corrugated polystyrene blocks.

• Thanks to their vertical grooves, they provide a connection between two floors.

• Before the corrugated stair panels, through which reinforcements are passed, are installed, the landing is placed in place and the stairs are connected to the landing and the lower and upper floors. Concrete with increased fluidity is poured down from the upper floor slabs, allowing it to pass through these grooves in the stairs, and thus the stairs complete the full monolithic of the MONOCON construction system by providing integrity with the other elements of the building.
